vacation week 2010 - saturday

so i'm finally sitting down to look through my photos from the past couple of weeks.
the week before last was aj's vacation week.
he was with us for 10 wonderful days. and we all loved it. 
 we packed each day full of fun and made the most of the time.

on the first saturday night we went to my mom & david's, about an hour away.
they live out in the country and it is so beautiful and peaceful out there.

we always love going out there.
my nephew and niece, sam & mary, were there as well.

david fishes so he fried up some yummy, fresh fish for dinner.

after dinner we all took a walk to walk off our dinner and visit the blackberry patch.

can't you just feel how peaceful it is from these photos? 
so quiet and serene.

the kids all love going to visit grammy & grandpa david's.

it was a fun, relaxing summer evening.
