i feel like i should have a slide projector and give you a bag of popcorn.
on monday of our vacation week we went to Tanyard Creek.
it was on our summer list.
we started off with a short hike through beautiful tree lined trails.
we got lost once and had to turn around but eventually made it to our destination.
is anything more relaxing than the sound of rushing water?
i laid right there in the middle of that water fall on my back for the longest time....just looking up through the trees. i let myself relax and enjoy the moment.
i kept saying, "this just feels like vacation."
it was such a fun family time.
we were alone for most of the time. every once in a while a couple/two or three people would walk by but other than that, it was just us.
very fun, we'll definitely go back.

ReplyDeletemy brother & his new wife stopped by on their way to ohio to show us pictures from their honeymoon cruise...my mom made popcorn and hooked the camera up to the TV for a slideshow.
